Across five hectares, it brings together 7 villas and 8 hotel rooms, surrounded by pine forest, nearby vineyards, fruit trees, bio-orchards, and open outdoor spaces. Each villa has its own fruit-bearing tree, giving every home a simple connection to the land around it.
The project is designed for privacy, ease, and daily outdoor living, with private pools, garden areas, private cabins, a restaurant, gym, bar, and sports courts.
