Overview
A tribute to the region.
Nestled in the heart of Muda, Carvalhal, and Melides, on a 13-hectare pine forest plot near the farming village of Bicas, our first project came to life. Our Bicas project features thirty-four villas and a forty-room hotel, in partnership with Independente Hotel Group. Our goal with this development is to honor the region, ensuring that the concept and architecture remain true to the area’s essence.

Design Principles
Rooted in the region.
The project brings together a carefully selected team of specialists, with architecture by Something Imaginary, interiors by Rice, and landscape design by The Garden Keeper and Terra Lógica. FCC Construcción led the construction, translating the design vision into its final built form.
Location
Between village and coast.
The beaches of Pego, Carvalhal and Aberta Nova are around 10 minutes away by car. Comporta and Melides are each around a 15-minute drive, with local restaurants and small shops to explore. Spend the day surfing, horse riding or out on the water, or simply find a quiet spot on the beach.
